Hi I’m Melissa and I am 18 years (09/04/94) old and
currently live at home with my parents. I am attending Brooklands
College, Weybridge studying for a level 3 diploma in Pastry. I have
already passed levels 1 & 2 in Food and Hospitality Management. I
also have obtained my certificate in Food & Hygiene
Whilst my practical work was perfect (well good anyway)
it was my course written/theory that let me down. I find I am more a
nuts and bolts person who is quite happy to roll her sleeves up and
get on with the job in hand once told and shown what to do.
My
interests and hobbies include, home baking, gardening, listening to
pop music and entertaining my youngest brother. I am currently taking
driving lessons but this seems to be taking forever.
I
am very hard working and prepared to work extra hours to ensure that
the job is finished. I also enjoy working with other people, and do
have a sense of humour (where appropriate).
